Job Description

The Guest Service Agent welcomes guests, handles check-in and check-out, processes payments, answers enquiries, manages reservations and coordinates requests with other hotel departments. Candidates should have a diploma or relevant hospitality experience, good spoken and written English, basic computer skills and a professional appearance. Knowledge of additional languages and hotel systems is advantageous. The role requires excellent communication, problem-solving and customer-service skills, along with flexibility to work shifts, weekends and public holidays. Shangri-La expects candidates to be courteous, attentive, reliable and able to remain calm while delivering a consistently high standard of guest care.
