The Stewarding Supervisor oversees the daily operation of the hotel’s stewarding team, ensuring that kitchens, dishwashing areas, equipment and service ware are kept clean, sanitary and well organized. Requirements typically include previous experience in hotel, resort or restaurant stewarding, supervisory ability, knowledge of hygiene and workplace safety standards, and good communication skills.
