Job Description

The Co-ordinator, Operation Services (Attractions) supports the smooth daily operation of guest attractions and recreational services at Shangri-La Singapore. Responsibilities may include coordinating schedules, preparing facilities, assisting guests, monitoring service standards, handling basic administrative tasks and working closely with other hotel departments. Candidates should have hospitality, recreation, tourism or customer-service experience, good communication skills and confidence dealing with international guests. The role requires a friendly, organised and safety-conscious approach, flexibility to work shifts, weekends and public holidays, and the ability to manage several tasks in a busy resort environment. Knowledge of Singapore attractions and previous experience in a hotel, resort or leisure facility would be advantageous.
