Bar Supervisor

Job Description

The Bar Supervisor is responsible for overseeing daily bar operations, leading and coaching bartenders and service staff, maintaining Shangri-La’s service standards, and ensuring guests receive professional, efficient hospitality. Typical requirements include experience in a hotel, resort, or high-volume bar; sound knowledge of cocktails, beverages, stock control, hygiene, and cash-handling procedures; and strong communication and leadership skills. The successful candidate should be guest-focused, well presented, organised, and comfortable working rotating shifts, weekends, and public holidays. A relevant hospitality qualification and familiarity with luxury hotel operations are advantageous.
