Job Description

The Lifeguard is responsible for maintaining guest safety around the hotel swimming pool and recreational areas. Candidates should be strong swimmers and hold recognised lifeguarding, CPR, AED and first-aid certifications. Previous experience in a hotel, resort, pool or leisure facility is preferred. The role requires constant observation, quick emergency response, regular safety and water-quality checks, and accurate incident reporting. The successful candidate should be physically fit, alert, calm under pressure and confident communicating with guests of different ages and nationalities. A friendly service attitude, professional appearance, teamwork and willingness to work shifts, weekends and public holidays are also expected.
