Job Description

The In-Room Dining Waiter/Waitress delivers food, beverages and service amenities to guest rooms while maintaining Shangri-La standards. Requirements typically include relevant hotel or restaurant experience, good grooming, customer-service skills, basic computer ability, and proficiency in Cantonese and English; Mandarin is advantageous. The successful candidate should be courteous, attentive, reliable and comfortable working shifts, weekends and public holidays. Duties include taking orders, setting up trays and trolleys, checking order accuracy, handling payments, clearing service equipment and responding professionally to guest requests.
