Recreation Executive

Job Description

The Recreation Executive supports the planning and delivery of recreational activities for hotel guests, including sports, pool activities, games and family programmes. Candidates should have hospitality or recreation experience, strong communication skills and the ability to engage confidently with guests of different ages and nationalities. First-aid, lifeguard or relevant activity certifications are advantageous. The role requires a friendly, energetic and safety-conscious approach, with flexibility to work shifts, weekends and public holidays. The successful candidate is expected to maintain excellent service standards, explain activities clearly, monitor equipment and facilities, follow safety procedures, and respond professionally to guest requests. Teamwork, initiative, physical fitness and a genuine interest in creating enjoyable guest experiences are important.
