Job Description

The Commis 3 (Bakery) supports the bakery team with preparing breads, pastries, desserts and other baked products according to established recipes and quality standards. Candidates are generally expected to have basic culinary or baking training, a relevant certificate or hospitality experience, and a genuine interest in pastry production. The role requires good hygiene and food-safety practices, attention to detail, physical stamina and the ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced kitchen. The successful candidate should be willing to learn, follow instructions, maintain a clean and organized workstation, handle early shifts, weekends and public holidays, and work cooperatively with chefs and other kitchen colleagues.
