Guest Service Agent

Job Description

The Guest Service Agent welcomes guests, manages check-in and check-out, handles reservations and billing, responds to requests, provides local information, and coordinates with housekeeping and other departments. Applicants should have hospitality or customer-service experience, good English communication skills, a professional appearance, basic computer knowledge, and the ability to work shifts, weekends, and public holidays. Knowledge of additional languages and hotel systems is advantageous. Shangri-La expects candidates to be courteous, attentive, dependable, and capable of resolving guest concerns calmly while delivering the company’s service standards.
