Candidates should have previous bartending or beverage-service experience, good knowledge of drinks and bar equipment, strong communication skills, and a professional, well-groomed manner. The role requires accuracy with orders and cash handling, responsible alcohol service, cleanliness, teamwork and flexibility to work shifts, weekends and public holidays. The successful candidate is expected to create a welcoming guest experience, maintain consistent beverage quality, follow food-safety and workplace procedures, and support smooth bar operations during busy periods.
