Job Description

The Concierge Supervisor leads daily concierge operations, coordinates guest requests, supports the concierge team, and ensures a consistently high standard of personalized service. Requirements typically include a hospitality diploma or equivalent experience, several years in hotel front office or concierge work, strong English communication, and knowledge of local attractions, transport, dining, and activities. Experience with luxury hotels, guest-service systems, complaint handling, and team supervision is advantageous.
