Job Description

The Spa Therapist is responsible for delivering professional massage, beauty and wellness treatments while maintaining high standards of guest care and service. Candidates should hold a recognized spa or beauty therapy qualification and ideally have relevant experience in a luxury hotel, resort or wellness environment. Strong knowledge of treatment techniques, hygiene and health-and-safety practices is expected. Excellent communication skills, a warm personality, professional grooming and the ability to recommend suitable treatments are important. The role may involve shift work, weekends and public holidays. Candidates should be physically fit, comfortable standing for extended periods and committed to creating a relaxing, personalized guest experience.
