Knowledge of regional Indian cooking, sauces, breads, tandoor preparation and food safety is desirable. The role requires menu preparation, ingredient ordering, stock control, portion management and coordination with the wider kitchen team. The successful candidate should be creative, disciplined, physically fit and able to work shifts, weekends and public holidays. Good teamwork, communication skills and the ability to work under pressure are essential.
