Job Description

The Accounting Supervisor oversees accounts receivable, credit control, billing, collections, reconciliations and related financial reporting. Candidates should have a degree or diploma in accounting, finance or a related discipline, relevant hotel or hospitality accounting experience, and sound knowledge of receivables and credit procedures. Familiarity with accounting systems, spreadsheets and internal controls is expected. Strong numerical accuracy, organisation, communication and problem-solving skills are essential. The successful candidate should be able to supervise daily work, follow up outstanding balances professionally, meet reporting deadlines, protect confidential information and work effectively with hotel departments, customers and auditors. Cantonese and English are advantageous for a Hong Kong-based role.
