The candidate is expected to coordinate family programmes, supervise children’s activities, maintain high safety and hygiene standards, respond professionally to parents, and work closely with Front Office, Recreation and Food and Beverage teams. A warm, energetic personality, creativity, patience, leadership ability and flexibility to work weekends, public holidays and changing shifts are important.
