The Flower Shop Manager oversees daily retail operations, floral design services, merchandising, stock control, customer orders, sales targets and team scheduling. Excellent communication, presentation and customer-service skills are expected, along with commercial awareness and the ability to serve hotel guests, residents and corporate clients. Company Info

Shangri-La is a leading luxury hospitality group founded in Hong Kong, operating hotels, resorts and related businesses across Asia, the Middle East, Europe, North America and other international markets. The group is known for warm Asian hospitality, high service standards and professionally managed properties in major cities and resort destinations. Shangri-La hotels typically offer accommodation, dining, wellness, events, retail and guest-experience services, creating opportunities across many hospitality disciplines. The company places emphasis on personalised service, operational excellence, employee development and cultural awareness. Destination Guide

Hong Kong is a compact, energetic destination combining a global business centre with traditional neighbourhoods, hiking areas, beaches and outlying islands. Hospitality, retail, tourism, food and beverage, finance and professional services provide regular employment opportunities, although competition is strong and Cantonese can be valuable. The culture blends Chinese traditions with international influences; respectful communication, punctuality and fast-paced service are important. Public transport is excellent, housing is expensive, and many residents live in smaller apartments or commute from the New Territories. Overseas employees generally need an employment visa sponsored by a confirmed employer, with qualifications and relevant experience supporting the application. Dependants may usually apply for linked visas. Before relocating, confirm salary, accommodation, medical coverage, working hours, visa sponsorship and tax arrangements directly with Shangri-La.
