Job Description

The Senior Security Officer is responsible for protecting guests, colleagues, hotel facilities and company assets at Shangri-La Hong Kong. Requirements typically include relevant hotel or security experience, good knowledge of emergency procedures, incident reporting, access control, fire and life-safety practices, and the ability to remain calm under pressure. Candidates should have strong observation, communication and leadership skills, be physically fit, professionally presented and comfortable working shifts, weekends and public holidays.
