Job Description

The Room Attendant is responsible for cleaning and servicing guest rooms during the overnight shift, replenishing amenities, changing linens, reporting maintenance issues, and maintaining Shangri-La’s standards of cleanliness and presentation. Candidates should ideally have hotel housekeeping experience, good attention to detail, physical stamina, and the ability to work independently at night. Reliability, discretion, a service-minded attitude, and basic communication skills are important. The role may require standing, lifting, working flexible hours, and responding courteously to guest requests. Cantonese, English, or other language skills may be advantageous in Hong Kong.
