Security Supervisor

Job Description

The Security Supervisor is expected to support the Security Manager in protecting guests, colleagues, property and company assets at Shangri-La Hong Kong. Responsibilities typically include supervising security officers, conducting patrols, monitoring CCTV and access control, responding to incidents, preparing reports, and coordinating with emergency services when required. Candidates should have hotel, hospitality, commercial or disciplined-services security experience, sound knowledge of security procedures, and strong communication skills. Cantonese and English are highly advantageous. The role requires leadership, alertness, integrity, good judgment, professional presentation and the flexibility to work rotating shifts, overnight duties, weekends and public holidays.
