Learning & Development Executive

Job Description

The Learning & Development Executive supports the planning, coordination and delivery of training programmes for colleagues across Shangri-La Singapore. Typical requirements include a diploma or degree in human resources, hospitality, education or a related field, along with experience in learning and development, training administration or hotel operations. The successful candidate should be organised, approachable and confident communicating with people at all levels. Strong presentation, coordination and interpersonal skills are expected, as well as proficiency in Microsoft Office and the ability to manage training records, schedules, evaluations and compliance requirements. A service-focused attitude, discretion, initiative and willingness to work in a fast-paced hospitality environment are important.
