The Solution Architect, Cargo Management Systems will design and oversee technology solutions supporting SATS’s cargo operations, ensuring systems are scalable, secure, integrated and aligned with business needs. Requirements typically include a degree in computer science, information technology or a related discipline; substantial experience in solution architecture, enterprise applications, cargo or logistics systems, cloud platforms, APIs and systems integration; and familiarity with architecture frameworks, cybersecurity and project delivery. The successful candidate is expected to translate operational requirements into practical designs, work closely with business stakeholders, vendors and technology teams, manage technical risks, document architecture decisions and support implementation. Strong communication, analytical, problem-solving and stakeholder-management skills are essential, along with the ability to work in a complex, regional aviation environment.
