Established in 1962, it provides services to individual customers, businesses, corporations, and institutional clients through branches, digital channels, and subsidiaries. Its offerings include deposits, consumer loans, credit cards, payments, wealth management, investment banking, and corporate banking. Destination Guide

The Philippines is an archipelago with strong job markets in Metro Manila, Cebu, and Davao, particularly in banking, business services, technology, tourism, healthcare, and education. Metro Manila offers the widest range of professional opportunities but has heavy traffic and higher housing costs. Cebu provides a more relaxed urban lifestyle, while Davao is known for spacious communities and access to nature. Filipino culture is welcoming, family-oriented, and English is widely used in workplaces. Daily life combines malls, food markets, beaches, festivals, and close community ties. Foreign nationals generally need an appropriate work visa or permit arranged with an employer; tourist status does not authorize employment. Filipinos relocating between islands should compare transport links, rent, climate, and commuting time. New arrivals should budget for deposits, utilities, healthcare, and occasional typhoons, and verify immigration and employment requirements through official government sources.
