People & Culture Director

The People & Culture Director will lead CBP Contractors’ people strategy across workforce planning, talent acquisition, employee relations, leadership development, performance, engagement, remuneration and organisational culture. The role requires substantial senior HR experience, ideally within construction, infrastructure, mining or another project-based environment, together with strong knowledge of Australian employment law, workplace relations and safety obligations. The successful candidate is expected to be a practical, commercially minded leader who can advise executives, support operational teams, build trusted relationships with employees and unions, and develop scalable people systems.
