Job Description

Qantas is seeking an experienced research and insights leader to guide customer, market and commercial research that supports strategic decision-making. The role requires strong expertise in research design, quantitative and qualitative methods, data interpretation, customer insight development and stakeholder management. Candidates should be comfortable translating complex findings into clear recommendations for senior leaders and influencing business priorities across a large organisation. Strong communication, commercial awareness, project leadership and the ability to manage research partners are expected. Experience in market research, customer analytics, consulting, aviation, travel or a similarly complex consumer-focused industry would be advantageous. The successful candidate will be curious, collaborative, commercially minded and capable of turning evidence into practical business action.
