Aircraft Optimisation & Allocations Coordinator

Job Description

This role coordinates the daily allocation and optimisation of Jetstar’s aircraft fleet, balancing operational requirements, aircraft availability, maintenance schedules, route demand and commercial priorities. Candidates are expected to have strong analytical, organisational and problem-solving skills, with the ability to manage changing priorities and make sound decisions under time pressure. Experience in airline operations, fleet planning, scheduling, aviation, logistics or a similar analytical environment is advantageous. Clear communication, attention to detail, stakeholder management and confidence using data and planning systems are important. The successful candidate will work closely with Network Planning, Operations, Maintenance, Airports and other business teams to support safe, efficient and commercially effective aircraft utilisation.
