Manager, Crew Systems & Business Analysis

Job Description

This role leads the analysis, improvement and ongoing support of crew-management systems used for planning, rostering and operational decision-making. Requirements typically include experience managing business systems, requirements gathering, process improvement, data analysis and delivery of technology initiatives in a complex, regulated environment. Strong stakeholder management, communication and problem-solving skills are essential, along with the ability to work with technology teams, crew planning specialists and senior operational leaders. Candidates are expected to translate business needs into practical system solutions, manage competing priorities, identify risks and support reliable, efficient crew operations. Aviation, workforce management or airline technology experience would be advantageous, as would familiarity with Agile delivery, reporting tools and systems integration.
