Executive - Quality Assurance

Job Description

The Executive – Quality Assurance is expected to support quality systems and ensure products meet customer, regulatory and company standards. Typical requirements include a degree or diploma in quality management, textile or apparel technology, manufacturing, or a related field, together with relevant experience in garment or manufacturing quality assurance. The role may involve conducting inspections and audits, analysing defects, preparing reports, monitoring corrective actions, and coordinating with production and technical teams. Candidates should have strong attention to detail, problem-solving and communication skills, and be comfortable using quality tools and documentation systems. Knowledge of ISO, AQL, root-cause analysis and continuous-improvement practices is advantageous. The successful candidate is expected to work independently, maintain accurate records and promote a strong quality culture.
