Job Description

The Intern - Finishing role supports garment finishing activities within MAS Holdings’ apparel manufacturing operations. Typical requirements include an academic background in apparel production, textile technology, manufacturing, or a related field, along with basic knowledge of garment finishing, quality standards, production procedures, and workplace safety. The candidate is expected to assist with inspections, finishing processes, documentation, production monitoring, and continuous-improvement activities. Attention to detail, willingness to learn, teamwork, time management, and basic computer skills are important. The intern should be comfortable working in a factory environment, following standard operating procedures, communicating with supervisors, and maintaining professional and safety standards.
