Account Manager

Job Description

The Account Manager is expected to develop and maintain strong relationships with airline and aviation customers, understand their operational and commercial needs, and identify opportunities for new business. The role typically requires a diploma or degree in business, engineering, aviation, or a related discipline, along with experience in account management, sales, or the aerospace industry. Candidates should communicate confidently with customers and internal teams, prepare proposals and presentations, negotiate commercial matters, and support contract and revenue targets. Strong organizational, analytical, presentation, and relationship-building skills are important. Experience with aircraft maintenance, engineering services, or aviation solutions would be advantageous.
