Job Description

The Engineering Administrator supports the hotel’s Engineering and Facilities team with administrative coordination, including maintaining records, preparing reports, processing work orders, organizing schedules, monitoring supplies, and assisting with departmental communication. Candidates should have strong organizational and computer skills, attention to detail, and the ability to manage confidential information accurately. Experience in hotel engineering, facilities administration, or a similar operational environment is advantageous. The role requires effective communication, teamwork, reliable follow-through, and the ability to work in a fast-paced hospitality setting. Familiarity with Microsoft Office and maintenance or purchasing systems may be expected. The successful candidate should be service-oriented, proactive, and comfortable coordinating with technicians, suppliers, contractors, and other hotel departments.
