The brand is known for combining modern European-inspired design, local cultural experiences, creative cuisine, and relaxed resort living. Its operations typically include several restaurants and bars, accommodation services, recreation facilities, spa experiences, and event or meeting facilities. Destination Guide

Thailand offers strong hospitality opportunities across Phuket, Koh Samui, Krabi, Koh Phi Phi, Koh Chang, and mainland resort areas such as Khao Lak. Hotel, restaurant, spa, diving, guest services, and culinary roles are commonly available, with higher demand during the peak season from November to April. Thai culture values politeness, respect, hospitality, and calm communication; learning basic Thai is helpful. Island life is generally relaxed, outdoors-oriented, and centered on beaches, markets, seafood, and local communities, although transport and housing can be more expensive in popular destinations. Foreign workers normally need an employer-sponsored Non-Immigrant B visa and a work permit before starting employment. Employers often assist with documentation, accommodation, meals, transport, insurance, and other benefits, but terms vary. Khao Lak is on the mainland and offers a quieter lifestyle, while Phuket provides more nightlife, amenities, and international connections.
