Job Description

The Runner supports restaurant and bar service by delivering food and beverages from the kitchen or bar to guests and service staff, clearing tables, resetting stations, and helping maintain smooth operations. Previous experience in hospitality or food service is preferred, although training may be provided. Candidates should be energetic, reliable, well-presented, physically able to remain on their feet, and comfortable working in a fast-paced environment. Good communication skills and a guest-focused attitude are essential. Spanish and English are typically useful at W Ibiza, while additional languages are an advantage. Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, holidays, and changing seasonal schedules is expected.
