Job Description

This internship supports the Food and Beverage operation across restaurants, bars, banquets, or room service. Candidates are generally expected to be enrolled in or have recently completed a hospitality, hotel-management, or related program, with a genuine interest in guest service. Good communication, professional presentation, teamwork, basic computer skills, and willingness to work flexible shifts, weekends, and public holidays are important. The intern should assist with table preparation, order taking, food and beverage service, guest requests, cleanliness, stock handling, and departmental procedures while following Marriott service, hygiene, and safety standards. A positive attitude, punctuality, eagerness to learn, and cultural awareness are key expectations.
