Job Description

This internship supports the Food and Beverage department across restaurants, bars, banquets, and related guest-service operations. Candidates should be studying hospitality, hotel management, or a similar subject, with a genuine interest in food and beverage service. Good communication skills, a professional appearance, teamwork, basic English, and a customer-focused attitude are expected. The intern may assist with table setup, taking orders, serving guests, maintaining service standards, handling basic operational duties, and following food-safety and hotel procedures. Flexibility to work shifts, weekends, and public holidays is important. Previous hospitality experience is helpful but may not be essential.
