Job Description

The Assistant Manager-Loss Prevention supports hotel security operations, protects guests, employees and property, and helps prevent theft, accidents and policy violations. Typical requirements include experience in hotel security, loss prevention or law enforcement, with supervisory experience preferred. Candidates should understand incident reporting, CCTV monitoring, emergency procedures and Malaysian safety regulations. First-aid, CPR or relevant security training is advantageous. The role requires good communication, sound judgment, confidentiality, physical alertness and the ability to remain calm during emergencies. The successful candidate will lead or coach security staff, investigate incidents, coordinate with local authorities when necessary, conduct patrols and promote a safe, welcoming environment for guests and colleagues.
