Job Description

The Loss Prevention Officer helps protect guests, employees, property and hotel assets at Renaissance Kuala Lumpur Hotel & Convention Centre. Requirements typically include relevant security or hospitality experience, good communication skills, physical fitness, alertness and the ability to work rotating shifts, weekends and public holidays. Candidates should be comfortable monitoring surveillance systems, conducting patrols, responding to incidents, preparing reports and supporting emergency procedures. A professional manner, integrity, sound judgment and knowledge of local safety practices are expected.
