Job Description

The Banquet Attendant supports weddings, conferences, receptions and other events by setting up rooms, arranging tables and chairs, preparing linen, glassware and equipment, serving food and beverages, and clearing facilities afterward. Candidates should have a friendly, service-minded personality, good grooming, physical stamina and the ability to work efficiently under pressure. Previous banquet, restaurant or hotel experience is advantageous, while strong teamwork and communication skills are essential. Flexibility to work shifts, weekends and public holidays is expected. Knowledge of English is helpful, and Thai language ability is normally valuable for serving local guests and coordinating with colleagues.
