Job Description

The Steward supports kitchen and food-and-beverage operations by washing dishes, utensils, cookware, and equipment; maintaining clean, hygienic work areas; handling waste correctly; and assisting with basic kitchen support duties. Candidates should be physically fit, reliable, well organised, and willing to work shifts, weekends, and public holidays. Previous stewarding, kitchen, or hotel experience is helpful but may not be essential. The successful candidate is expected to follow food-safety and workplace-safety procedures, maintain high cleanliness standards, work cooperatively with chefs and service colleagues, and manage tasks efficiently in a busy hotel environment.
