Laundry Manager

Job Description

The Laundry Manager oversees daily laundry and linen operations at The Westin Jakarta. Requirements typically include supervisory or management experience in hotel laundry, housekeeping, or a similar hospitality environment; knowledge of commercial washing, drying, pressing, stain removal, linen control, health and safety, and chemical handling; and good staff-management and communication skills. The successful candidate is expected to maintain high quality and hygiene standards, organize rosters, control costs and stock, coordinate with housekeeping and other departments, train team members, monitor equipment, and ensure efficient, timely service. Experience with Marriott or other international hotel standards and the ability to work flexible shifts are advantageous.
