The Junior Sous Chef – Cold Kitchen supports the Sous Chef in running the garde manger section, preparing salads, appetizers, cold cuts, dressings, desserts and other chilled dishes to Marriott standards. Candidates should have professional culinary training and previous experience in a hotel, resort or high-volume kitchen, preferably in cold food preparation. The role requires strong knowledge of food safety, hygiene, portion control and presentation, along with the ability to supervise colleagues, organize mise en place and maintain consistent quality during busy service.
