Job Description

The F&B Coordinator supports the food and beverage department with administration, scheduling, communication, records, supply requests, and coordination between restaurants, bars, kitchens, finance, and other hotel teams. Candidates should have hospitality or administrative experience, good English communication skills, strong organization, attention to detail, and confidence using Microsoft Office or hotel systems. Experience in a resort or luxury hotel is preferred. The role requires a professional, service-minded attitude, discretion, flexibility, and the ability to manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced island resort. The successful candidate is expected to support smooth daily operations, maintain accurate documentation, respond promptly to colleagues and guests, and uphold Marriott and Le Méridien service standards.
