Company Info

Bulgari H&R Tokyo Ginza is associated with Bulgari’s luxury hospitality and retail presence in Tokyo. Bulgari, founded in Rome in 1884, is internationally recognized for jewelry, watches, fragrances, accessories, hotels, and gourmet products. BVLGARI DOLCI represents the brand’s refined confectionery concept, offering premium chocolates, sweets, and gift items presented with Bulgari’s distinctive Italian design and attention to detail. The Tokyo operation serves a sophisticated local and international clientele in the Ginza area, one of Japan’s leading luxury shopping districts. Destination Guide

Japan offers opportunities in luxury retail, hotels, restaurants, tourism, technology, manufacturing, and education, especially in Tokyo, Osaka, Kyoto, and resort destinations. The culture values punctuality, politeness, cleanliness, teamwork, and careful attention to detail. Tokyo provides excellent public transport, diverse dining, shopping, and international communities, although housing and daily expenses can be high. Regional cities may offer a more relaxed lifestyle and lower rents. Foreign employees generally need an appropriate work visa before starting employment; the employer may provide sponsorship, but requirements depend on the role, qualifications, and nationality. Common routes include work visas for professional services or hospitality management. Applicants should prepare translated documents, valid educational or employment records, and sufficient savings for initial relocation costs. Learning Japanese greatly improves workplace communication, daily convenience, and long-term career prospects.
