Job Description

The Cost Control Supervisor oversees food, beverage, inventory, and operating-cost controls for the resort. Requirements typically include hospitality accounting or cost-control experience, strong numerical and analytical skills, knowledge of purchasing and inventory procedures, proficiency with Microsoft Excel and hotel finance systems, and good English communication. The candidate is expected to monitor daily costs, conduct stock counts, investigate variances, verify invoices and receiving records, prepare management reports, and support budget and forecasting activities. Attention to detail, integrity, organization, and the ability to work closely with kitchens, restaurants, purchasing, stores, and finance are essential. Experience with Marriott or similar hotel systems is advantageous.
