Job Description

The Bartender prepares and serves alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages, takes guest orders, handles payments, maintains bar stock and keeps the bar area clean and organised. Candidates should have previous bartending or hospitality experience, strong knowledge of beverages, responsible service practices and good communication skills. An RSA certificate is generally required in Australia. The role requires a professional appearance, attention to detail, reliable teamwork and the ability to work efficiently during busy periods. Flexibility to work evenings, weekends and public holidays is expected, along with a genuine commitment to friendly, prompt guest service.
