Job Description

The Reservation Agent manages room reservations, guest inquiries, cancellations, amendments, and booking information across telephone, email, and hotel systems. Candidates should have hospitality or reservations experience, good computer skills, strong English communication, and a professional, service-focused manner. Knowledge of hotel reservation systems, room types, rates, packages, and basic revenue procedures is advantageous. The role requires accuracy, prompt follow-up, attention to detail, and the ability to work shifts, weekends, and public holidays. The successful candidate is expected to convert inquiries into bookings, maintain accurate records, coordinate with Front Office and Sales teams, protect guest information, and consistently represent Four Points by Sheraton’s service standards.
