Job Description

The Chef de Partie is responsible for managing an assigned kitchen section, preparing food to Sheraton standards, and supporting smooth daily kitchen operations. Candidates generally need culinary training or equivalent professional experience, strong knowledge of food preparation, hygiene, sanitation, portion control, and kitchen safety. Previous experience in a hotel or high-volume restaurant is preferred. The role requires teamwork, attention to detail, good time management, physical stamina, and flexibility to work shifts, weekends, and holidays. The successful candidate is expected to maintain consistent quality, minimize waste, follow recipes and procedures, assist with stock control, and communicate effectively with the Sous Chef and other kitchen colleagues.
