Job Description

The Duty Manager oversees daily hotel operations during assigned shifts, ensuring smooth guest arrivals, departures, service recovery, and coordination between front office, housekeeping, engineering, security, and food and beverage teams. Candidates typically need hotel operations experience, strong leadership and communication skills, sound decision-making, and familiarity with property-management systems. A diploma or degree in hospitality is preferred, along with professional English and the ability to work rotating shifts, weekends, and public holidays. The successful candidate is expected to remain visible and approachable, resolve guest concerns professionally, maintain service standards, support colleagues, and handle emergencies or operational issues calmly.
