Job Description

The Duty Manager oversees daily front-office operations and serves as the manager on duty, ensuring smooth guest arrivals, departures, room assignments, service recovery and coordination between hotel departments. Candidates are generally expected to have several years of front-office or hotel operations experience, strong English communication skills and confidence handling guest complaints and operational issues. Previous experience with Marriott or another international hotel brand, knowledge of property-management systems and supervisory experience are advantageous. The role requires a professional, calm and guest-focused approach, flexibility to work rotating shifts, weekends and public holidays, and the ability to lead colleagues while maintaining Sheraton service standards.
