Job Description

This internship supports the Human Resources team with internal communications, employee engagement and workplace information, with a particular focus on Spanish-language content. Candidates should be studying or recently graduated in Human Resources, Communications, Hospitality, Business or a related field. Fluency in Spanish and good English communication skills are expected, along with strong writing, organization and interpersonal abilities. The successful candidate should be comfortable using office and communication tools, handling confidential information professionally and working collaboratively in a multicultural hotel environment. Initiative, attention to detail, enthusiasm for hospitality and a willingness to learn are important. Previous experience in HR, communications or hospitality is helpful but may not be essential.
