The Assistant Executive Housekeeper supports the Executive Housekeeper in managing daily housekeeping operations, room cleanliness, public areas, linen control, staffing, inspections, and guest-service standards. Candidates should have relevant hotel housekeeping experience, preferably in a supervisory or assistant-manager role, with strong knowledge of cleaning procedures, quality control, inventory, and workplace safety. Good communication, organization, leadership, computer skills, and the ability to work shifts, weekends, and public holidays are expected. Familiarity with Marriott or international hotel standards is advantageous. The successful candidate should be service-focused, detail-oriented, physically capable, and able to motivate a multicultural team while maintaining efficient operations and guest satisfaction.
